For years now, digital transformation of companies has been considered an imperative of evolution, at times even of survival. This imperative is all the more demanding as it needs to be quick and sometimes all-encompassing.

Even though digital transformation of French companies is making great strides, many losses have been identified due to failed, delayed or incomplete transformation projects. These losses are estimated at 3 million euros.

70 % of companies asked have delivered significant improvements that have transformed end-user experience, thanks to digital transformation completed in the last year.

49 % is the average percentage of increase in investments planned by companies for the coming year in
terms of digital transformation.

The pandemic has allowed companies to rethink and prioritize projects. 46% of them have reviewed the importance of supporting remote and hybrid working, and 37% emphasize the importance of the executive board to get more involved in digital transformation strategies and projects.
